Built to Move
Restore strength, mobility, and confidence in your body
Move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.
My work blends mobility training, yoga, stretch therapy, and somatic practices to support healing, reduce pain, and restore confidence in movement.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body, each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are—with care, intention, and a whole lot of encouragement.
My Story
Hi, I’m Amanda Finch— a neurogenic yoga practitioner, mobility, and stretch therapist dedicated to helping people get out of pain and feel strong, safe, and at home in their bodies again.
Before starting my own business, I worked in orthopedic and rehabilitative medical settings for over 12 years. That clinical foundation gave me a deep respect for the body—and for how real, complex, and personal the healing process is.
At the height of my fitness career, my own body forced me to slow down. A severe disc injury and chronic sciatica made movement painful, unpredictable, and at times overwhelming. I had to relearn how to move, how to listen, and how to support my body from the inside out.
That experience reshaped everything...
Instead of pushing through pain, I shifted toward nervous system regulation, fascia work, breathwork, and intentional strength training. I learned that real, lasting change doesn’t come from force—it comes from creating safety in the body so it can begin to adapt and heal.
Today, I work with individuals who are in pain, recovering from injury, or feeling disconnected from their bodies. Through in-home sessions, I guide you through mobility, assisted stretch therapy, and nervous system-based movement—so you can reduce pain, move with confidence, and build strength in a way that actually lasts.
I’m not here to “fix” your body.
I’m here to show you how to understand it, work with it, and create the conditions where it can heal itself.
If you’ve been told to be careful, feel stuck, or are afraid to move the way you used to—you’re exactly who I work with.

"I've been working with Amanda for 2+ years now. She's amazing. I just had a major surgery a week ago and had her over today to do her magic. We stretched and she did some cupping and gliding work to help move some blood into my sore neck and shoulders. She has so much skill and knowledge and helps keep me moving. I couldn't recommend her more!"

Just had the most amazing session with Amanda Finch today. She came to my house, set up her table, and stretched my body back onto the road of health and wellness. With beautiful essential oils and even some cupping, her masterful manipulations left me feeling very open, relaxed, and inspired to take better care of myself. She was very careful and sensitive to the edges of any discomfort and helped to stretch deeply into places I hadn’t touched in ages. She even gave me some “homework” to keep me progressing on the areas that needed longer help. I felt very supported and inspired, and her buoyant, beautiful, and kind heart was such a joy to experience. I Highly recommend a session with Amanda. you’ll be in good hands, especially if you’ve been neglectful in your own selfcare like i have.

"Since working with Amanda my body is more flexible and minor aches and pains are much less. I am a 70 year old golfer and my swing is definitely longer and I'm hitting much farther. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. Thank you Amanda."
